ACS Quantum Strategies, LLC (ACS), based in downtown Sacramento, was formed in June 2001. The firm specializes in strategic planning, public affairs, marketing, media relations, market research and communications. For several years, ACS has been recognized by the Sacramento Business Journal as one of the region’s top 25 public relations firms.

Lori J. Aldrete and Lisa Yates, the founders of ACS, bring extensive management, marketing, public relations and communications experience from serving as executives and staff for hospitals, health systems and associations throughout California.

By bringing together diverse and compatible talents, Lisa and Lori provide seamless client coordination with expertise based in health care and trade association management with specific experiences in public affairs, marketing, media relations, market research, operational and organizational business strategies, and not-for-profit services.

In addition to the two founders, who take direct responsibility for client work and managing each customer relationship, ACS has a staff of professional writers, graphic designers and experienced public relations professionals. ACS also has business associations with individuals and firms who provide lobbying and quantitative market research.
