Judith Bruno
Judith Bruno serves as Account Manager and Director of Operations for ACS Quantum Strategies, LLC (ACS) headquartered in Sacramento , California . ACS specializes in public affairs, media relations, strategic planning and marketing services.
Judith contributes an array of experience to the ACS team, including account and project management, training expertise, hands-on Internet technology skills, office management and executive support.
Before joining ACS, Judith worked as an Account Manager and Training Director at Integrated Realtime Information Services, Inc., which was subsequently acquired by ESS Group, Inc. These Internet Technology firms provided Web design, hosting and maintenance as well as a sophisticated legislative bill tracking system. Judith's responsibilities included managing client accounts and providing Web-site training to individuals and groups.
For fifteen years, Judith worked as an Executive Director and Project Manager for Western Care Construction Company, Inc., a development firm specializing in long-term care facilities and senior housing. She managed development projects from the conceptual stage through the permit process to completion, including an award-winning, 18-hole golf course. Judith also served as political liaison for the Chief Executive Office and supervised property managers and clerical staff.
Judith majored in English and creative writing at the University of Minnesota at Minneapolis and at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter , Minnesota .
